Industrious partners with Google to add Beam meeting rooms
The Google Beam rooms will launch in October in New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, and Palo Alto.
Industrious, a flexible workplace company, announced it has partnered with Google to launch a network of Google Beam meeting rooms exclusively for its members and guests, according to Commercial Observer.
The rooms are based on Google’s HP Dimension with Google Beam, which the companies describe as an artificial intelligence-first video communication system that renders participants at their true size, with spatial audio anchored to each speaker.
Industrious said the Beam meeting rooms will be available starting in October in New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, and Palo Alto, California.
Commercial Observer also noted example locations within Industrious, including Tower 49 in New York City, Ponce City Market in Atlanta, the Ogilvie Transportation Center in Chicago, and East Palo Alto.
