The publication says the building, at 110 Southeast Sixth Street, spans 777,248 square feet and was built in 1987 adjacent to the Broward County court building.
Commercial Observer also reports that City National Bank of Florida provided a $66.3 million acquisition loan for the purchase.
The outlet notes the acquisition represents a move beyond Mana’s Miami base and highlights his recent buying activity in Downtown Miami, along with a rumor that he may be selling much of his Wynwood portfolio to Citadel billionaire Ken Griffin in a deal valued up to $1 billion.
