Newmark arranges $85M refinancing for SoHo mixed-use property
The refinancing covers 300 Lafayette St., a boutique office and retail building in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood.
Newmark arranged an $85 million loan to refinance 300 Lafayette St., a boutique mixed-use office and retail property in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood, according to ConnectCRE.
Hudson Bay Capital provided the financing for the deal on behalf of InterVest Capital Partners, the outlet said. Newmark’s team arranged the financing for the borrower, including Global Debt & Structured Finance co-head Jordan Roeschlaub and vice chairman Nick Scribani.
ConnectCRE also noted that the property features a fully occupied office component anchored by Microsoft, alongside retail on one of SoHo’s busiest corners. The firm said lender interest was deep and competitive.
