Brazil expands renewable capacity as oil output rises
OilPrice reports that Brazil is expanding its renewable energy capacity, supported by national policies and backing from foreign investors.
The outlet says the country has also increased oil and gas production as part of broader energy security efforts, positioning Brazil as a regional energy hub.
OilPrice adds that Brazil’s low carbon energy progress continues, with the company noting the renewables buildout in recent years as production rises into the 2025 timeframe.
