Colliers appointed advisor for Enclave @ Carpinteria sale and leasing
The three-building campus totals 121,230 square feet at 6303-6309 Carpinteria Ave., and the assignment follows Colliers’ earlier $235 million sale of the Tech Park @ Goleta portfolio.
Colliers has been retained as the sale and leasing advisor for Enclave @ Carpinteria, a three-building advanced manufacturing and office flex campus on the Santa Barbara South Coast, according to ConnectCRE.
The property spans 121,230 square feet and is located at 6303-6309 Carpinteria Ave., with the assignment aimed at owner-users and growing occupiers seeking a large-scale coastal headquarters in a supply-constrained Southern California technology and innovation market, Colliers said.
ConnectCRE also noted that the new role follows Colliers’ earlier sale of the Tech Park @ Goleta portfolio, a 733,497-square-foot technology campus that was recapitalized in a transaction reported at $235 million, described as the largest in Santa Barbara County history.
