Two Quick Quack Car Wash properties sell for $8.63 million in SoCal
ConnectCRE reports that RealSource Group arranged the sale of two new-construction, single-tenant Quick Quack Car Wash properties in Murrieta and Riverside.
Each property is secured by a new 20-year absolute triple-net ground lease, and the deals closed at a combined $8.63 million.
The Murrieta car wash, at 39480 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd., sold for $4.53 million to a private international investor represented by Dustin Lee of JK Realtage Group, Inc.
ConnectCRE also says SVP of investment sales Austin Blodgett and associate Jonathan Schiffer, CCIM, represented both sellers, who are described as two private Southern California-based developers.
