SAIL sets Sept. 30, 2026 record date for FY 2025-26 final dividend

The final dividend is ₹2.35 per share and, if approved, will be paid within 30 days of shareholder approval, subject to TDS.

Steel Authority of India, or SAIL, will turn ex-dividend next week, with its record date set for Wednesday, 30 September 2026, LiveMint Markets reported.

The company has announced a final dividend of ₹2.35 per share for the financial year 2025-26, following its AGM in May 2026.

SAIL said the record date determines shareholder eligibility for the final dividend and that, if approved by shareholders, the payout will be made within 30 days from the date of approval, subject to TDS.
