CubiCasa and Restb.ai speed up floor plan delivery for MLSs
The companies say eligible MLSs can receive priority floor plan processing in under 12 hours instead of 24, with an initial group of 30 MLSs participating.
CubiCasa and Restb.ai are expanding a joint floor plan service for MLS organizations, offering priority processing that delivers results in less than 12 hours rather than 24. HousingWire reports the faster timeline applies to MLSs that use both companies.
Under the announcement, priority processing is available to 30 MLSs initially, and HousingWire estimates the change could benefit about 500,000 agents and brokers. The companies also said the priority benefit comes at no extra charge for those MLS participants.
To qualify, an MLS must join the CubiCasa MLS Partnership Program and maintain an active subscription to Restb.ai’s AI tagging services within its primary MLS listing input platform. HousingWire said the partnership is designed to add value through existing MLS relationships without adding workflow complexity.
HousingWire also noted that Restb.ai president Dominik Pogorzelski said MLS organizations are looking to deliver more value to their participants without increasing workflow complexity, and that the benefit extends to hundreds of thousands of agents and brokers through existing MLS use of the platforms.
