Paragon Realtors joins Compass in Dallas-Fort Worth market

The North Texas brokerage said it has more than 85 agents and closed over $260 million in sales volume in the prior 12 months.

HousingWire reports that Paragon Realtors has joined Compass in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The brokerage said the partnership brings its more than 85 agents into Compass's network.

Paragon reported closing more than $260 million in sales volume over the past 12 months, according to the announcement. The companies said the move is intended to strengthen Compass's presence in North Texas.

HousingWire also notes that Paragon's senior management will continue to lead the Paragon Group for the Texoma market under the Compass brand. The decision was led by Paragon owner Mike Miller, who said he wanted to position agents for long-term growth amid an evolving market and shifting commission rules.
