CRC Group names Chris Grady president of CRC Specialty and Benefits

Grady will lead the division across both Specialty and Benefits areas after CRC created a new senior leadership position.

CRC Group, an independent wholesale specialty insurance distributor, has appointed Chris Grady as President of CRC Specialty and Benefits.

The role was created as part of CRC Specialty and Benefits’ senior leadership restructure, with Grady responsible for leadership across both the Specialty and Benefits businesses.

CRC said the appointment is meant to support the division’s broader growth plans, improve operational delivery, and encourage closer collaboration between its Specialty and Benefits units.

Grady will report to Neil Kessler, CEO of CRC Specialty and Benefits, while continuing to sit on CRC Group’s Executive Leadership Team.
