UAE plans $25 billion more investment in India, including energy
The UAE has already invested about $25 billion in India, and the new pledge is aimed at adding further funding in the near term.
OilPrice reports that the United Arab Emirates plans to invest an additional $25 billion in India, including in the energy sector, according to Indian Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal.
Goyal said the UAE has already invested about $25 billion in India and has signaled it intends to invest another $25 billion in the near term.
The announcement was made by Goyal during a high-level meeting in Mumbai at the 14th Meeting of the India-UAE.
