MISSION appoints Bruno Ritchie as Strategic Advisor for EMEA

The reinsurance and MGA capital partner said the hire is meant to support its push into the French market and identify specialist underwriting teams to scale managing general agents.

MISSION, an MGA capital partner providing underwriting businesses with capital, capacity, technology, compliance, and operational infrastructure, has appointed Bruno Ritchie as Strategic Advisor for EMEA as it expands internationally.

MISSION said the appointment will support its focus on France, where it is seeking specialist underwriting teams to establish and scale managing general agents.

Tom Hill, MISSION Chief Commercial Officer, said the European MGA market is expanding and that MISSION offers a route to market built around capital, multi-year capacity, technology, compliance, and operational infrastructure.

According to MISSION, Ritchie brings more than two decades of experience in specialty and commercial insurance across France and the UK, including senior underwriting roles at Allianz, Hiscox, and Argo.
