Moishe Mana buys Fort Lauderdale office tower for $89M
The 394,000 square-foot, 30-story building was built in 1987 and renovated in 2015, and has up to 9,280 square feet available for lease, according to a Colliers listing.
Moishe Mana has purchased a Fort Lauderdale office building for $89 million, according to Bisnow, marking his first venture into Broward County and Fort Lauderdale.
The seller, Gem Realty Capital, originally paid $112.9 million for the property in 2016, before taking a price cut to complete the sale, the outlet reported. Mana financed the transaction with two loans totaling $66 million from City National Bank of Florida, Bisnow said.
The 30-story tower at 110 SE Sixth St. totals 394,000 square feet, was built in 1987 and renovated in 2015, Bisnow reported. A Colliers listing cited by the outlet says the building has up to 9,280 square feet available for lease.
Bisnow also noted that an entity managed by Edward Leevan and tracing to billionaire Jeff Greene sold a Palm Beach resort and spa to Fort Partners for $112.6 million, with Greene previously telling the South Florida Business Journal that the full price was $150 million. Bisnow added that Greene invested $20 million into renovating the 1980-built resort in 2023.
