Partners Capital buys three-property retail portfolio in northwest Houston
The Highway 6 Retail Portfolio totals 116,143 square feet across Town Square, The Exchange, and Boardwalk Shopping Centers.
Partners Capital acquired the Highway 6 Retail Portfolio, a three-property neighborhood retail collection totaling 116,143 square feet in northwest Houston, Texas, near the intersection of Highway 6 and U.S. Hwy 290, according to ConnectCRE.
The portfolio includes Town Square Shopping Center, The Exchange Shopping Center, and Boardwalk Shopping Center, each described as multi-tenant retail centers located close to one another along Highway 6.
ConnectCRE said the deal marked Partners Capital’s third Opportunity Fund VI acquisition and its second retail investment through the vehicle.
The David Weekley family, the seller, was represented by JLL’s John Indelli and Zamar Salas, ConnectCRE reported.
