PredictAP raises $8 million Series A to automate real estate AP coding

The company says it now supports more than 60 real estate firms and aims to speed invoice workflows from intake to Yardi integration.

Commercial Observer highlights PredictAP, a company co founded in 2020 by David Stifter, focused on automating real estate accounts payable coding.

The interview details Stifter’s background in real estate and finance transformation, including his work at Digital Bridge, formerly Colony Capital, where he led data architecture and process improvement efforts.

Commercial Observer also reports PredictAP has grown to serve more than 60 real estate firms and raised an $8 million Series A in 2023.

The podcast segment discusses why invoice coding can be complex in commercial real estate, including challenges tied to CAM pools and triple net leases, and it describes an intended workflow from inbox to Yardi in about 30 seconds.
