HousingWire reports Stellar MLS launched Stellar MLS Home Search, a public-facing home search portal with MLS-sourced listings and no advertising, paid placement, or lead selling.
The platform, powered by Broker Public Portal Cribio, refreshes in minutes and routes inquiries to the listing agent, with prominent broker and listing-agent attribution shown on listings.
Stellar MLS said the product is designed to support brokers and agents as MLS and portal operators reassess their home search strategies and data controls in a changing commission and listing-portal environment.
The company is making the portal available to more than 75,000 customers via desktop and mobile browsers, positioning it as a consumer site for listing information sourced directly from the MLS itself.
