Boyum Barenscheer consolidates Twin Cities offices into new HQ

The new headquarters totals 43,346 square feet, increasing space by more than 6,000 square feet versus the firm’s combined prior offices.

Carlson Partners announced that its advisors, Tim Olsen and Sami Cowger, represented Boyum Barenscheer as the accounting and advisory firm consolidated its two Minnesota offices into a new headquarters in St. Paul.

Boyum Barenscheer’s new HQ is located at Midway Innovation Center II, 2344 Energy Park Drive in St. Paul, and replaces offices previously at 3050 Metro Drive in Bloomington and 1210 W. County Road E in Arden Hills, according to ConnectCRE.

The new headquarters spans 43,346 square feet and is more than 6,000 square feet larger than the firm’s combined previous footprint, ConnectCRE reported.
