Bozzuto signs lease for new Maryland HQ at Maple Lawn
The company plans to move about 225 employees to 8160 Maple Lawn Boulevard during the first quarter of 2027, while keeping Greenbelt as a corporate services hub.
Bozzuto, a real estate development, construction and management company, is relocating its corporate headquarters from Greenbelt, Maryland to Maple Lawn in Howard County, Commercial Observer reports.
The move follows Bozzuto signing a 57,837-square-foot office lease at 8160 Maple Lawn Boulevard in Fulton, where it will occupy two and a half floors as part of a 605-acre mixed-use community.
Bozzuto expects to transfer about 225 employees there during the first quarter of 2027, according to Commercial Observer, and it will retain its Greenbelt office as a corporate services hub.
Maple Lawn is a partnership between Greenebaum Enterprises and St. John Properties, and the community includes more than 1,300 homes, over 1.8 million square feet of commercial space, and more than 215,000 square feet of retail, the outlet added.
