EliseAI raises $350M to expand automation for multifamily operations
Bisnow says the round values EliseAI at $4B, nearly double its August 2025 valuation, and cites that one in six U.S. apartments uses its software.
EliseAI, a proptech firm focused on multifamily property management, raised $350M in its latest funding round as its software footprint continued to expand, according to Bisnow.
The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital. Bisnow reported the company is now valued at $4B, nearly double its valuation from August 2025 after a prior $250M round.
EliseAI said it will use the new capital to automate more of its customers’ operations and to grow its teams across its North American offices, while also aiming to add San Francisco as an engineering hub alongside its New York City headquarters. The release cited that one in every six U.S. apartments uses the company’s software.
Bisnow also noted that EliseAI launched an “agentic AI teammate” called Apollo earlier in the month, and it quoted EliseAI CEO Minna Song saying the company has grown by going deeper with customers to address underlying problems in housing.
