Goldman Sachs affiliate sells 303,000 sf Phoenix retail center
The 303,000-square-foot Grand Canyon Crossing shopping center, completed in 2005, is 99 percent occupied and anchored by a 207,000-square-foot Walmart Supercenter.
Goldman Sachs Asset Management has sold Grand Canyon Crossing, a 303,000-square-foot retail shopping center in Phoenix, according to ConnectCRE.
Cohen & Steers Income Opportunities REIT Inc, along with the Sterling Organization, was the buyer, and ConnectCRE reports the project was completed in 2005.
The shopping center is 99 percent occupied and anchored by a 207,000-square-foot Walmart Supercenter, with additional tenants including Harbor Freight, Starbucks, Wendy’s, Jamba Juice, and Sonic.
ConnectCRE also said the property spans 33 acres at Bethany Home Road and 35th Avenue, and it is about 1.5 miles from Grand Canyon University.
