infinitSpace to open beyond Broadway DTLA in November 2026
The flexible workspace will be housed in the Desmond’s Building at 612 S. Broadway and will start with about 32,000 square feet and roughly 400 memberships.
infinitSpace, a Europe-based flexible workspace provider and technology platform, is entering the U.S. via a long-term partnership for 612 S. Broadway in Downtown Los Angeles, ConnectCRE reported.
The company’s first U.S. location, beyond Broadway DTLA, is scheduled to open on 2 November 2026 and will occupy approximately 32,000 square feet across floors two to five of the Desmond’s Building.
The new site will offer about 400 memberships, including private offices, shared workspaces, meeting rooms, lounges and community areas, plus a rooftop event space.
An option to use the sixth floor could add another 8,500 square feet, and beyond Broadway DTLA will become infinitSpace’s 15th location worldwide.
