Meta launches Muse for Small Business with accounting and marketing links
Meta says the agent can analyze sales and campaigns, flag emails needing attention, and help identify unusual expenses by using connected business tools.
Meta has launched Muse for Small Business, an expanded version of its AI agent aimed at business owners, offering skills and software connections to manage operations, find customers, and review financial performance, according to Coverager.
The company said Muse can connect to tools including Intuit QuickBooks, Shopify, Stripe, HighLevel, and several others, plus Meta business accounts. Meta says the agent can analyze sales and campaigns, draft marketing content, flag emails that require attention, identify unusual expenses, and proactively suggest work, with publishing, sending messages, and spending requiring user approval.
Coverager reports that Muse follows Meta’s September launch of Muse in the US and Canada as a personal AI agent. Early users include a grocery owner, an orchard operator, and a retailer, and April Polk, founder of JaeLuxe Shoetique, said Muse audited her email automations, removed duplicate flows, rebuilt templates, and enabled sales tracking while she managed other businesses.
