Nirmal Bang keeps a buy on WeWork India with ₹983 target

The brokerage said management is targeting 15% to 20% annual capacity additions, about 20,000 to 25,000 desks, or roughly 1.7 msf per year.

WeWork India shares have climbed more than 40% over the past six months, even as weakness persisted in parts of the broader market, with Nirmal Bang Institutional Equities maintaining a buy rating and a target price of ₹983. The brokerage’s target implies 47% upside from the reference level cited in the article.

According to LiveMint Markets, WeWork India stock rose 42% in the last six months, versus a 1% increase in the Sensex. On Wednesday, the shares opened at ₹668.25, nearly flat versus ₹668.30 the prior close, then fell 1.2% to an intraday low of ₹659.95, while also ending September down 3% after an 8% drop in August.

The article also notes WeWork India hit a record high of ₹794.20 on 6 August 2026, after posting a record low of ₹419.60 on 30 March earlier this year.
