Stockbridge buys Upper Marlboro industrial building for $56.6M

Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale of 8511 Pepco Place, a 202,976-square-foot industrial facility in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, for $56.6 million, ConnectCRE reports.
Stockbridge acquired the property from TA Realty, with Cushman & Wakefield’s Mid-Atlantic Industrial Advisory Group team of Jonathan Carpenter, Graham Savage, Dawes Milchling, and James Check representing TA Realty in the transaction.
The building is fully leased to Harris Company, a mechanical contractor, and Harris occupies 75,000 square feet at the neighboring 8520 Pepco Place as part of an expansion, according to ConnectCRE.
Located adjacent to I-495 and I-95, 8511 Pepco Place is described as providing direct connectivity, ConnectCRE reports.
