WTW partners with Softtek to deploy AI workforce plans

WTW has partnered with software engineering company Softtek to help organizations put AI workforce plans into practice, with the work positioned within WTW’s Health, Wealth & Career business, according to Coverager.
WTW will assess how AI could change jobs, redesign work, and plan employee transitions and compensation, while Softtek will handle process redesign, technology integration, and deployment. The companies said the offering is intended to connect workforce decisions with the systems needed to carry them out.
Coverager also reports that broader deployment is described as giving Zurich a centralized platform for pricing analysis, monitoring, and decisions across markets. Separately, WTW is partnering with England’s top two women’s professional soccer leagues to create insurance designed to better fit female players’ needs, with coverage available to employees and their families across three generations.
