Ynon Kreiz to serve as co-CEO in Paramount-WBD combination

CNBC Markets reports that Paramount CEO David Ellison named outgoing Mattel chief Ynon Kreiz to serve as co-CEO of the anticipated combination of Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery.

Ellison said Kreiz will move into the co-lead role as the two companies look to combine, with Mattel leadership transitioning out as Kreiz takes the new post.
