Haynes to renovate Hotel 1620 in historic Plymouth, Massachusetts
The renovation, scheduled to start in early November, will add a new main lobby and reception area plus updates including the indoor pool cabana and multiple public restrooms.
ConnectCRE reports that Haynes, a construction management firm based in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, is leading a multi-level renovation of Hotel 1620 in historic Plymouth, Massachusetts, which is operated by Linchris and included in its Independent Collection of Hotels.
According to ConnectCRE, the project is slated to begin in early November and will include a new main lobby and reception area, an adjoining work lounge, micro market, pub, pre-function corridor, and new public restrooms.
On the first floor, the renovation will cover the indoor pool cabana, an event room, an adjacent fitness corridor, and additional public restrooms, with work on the third and fourth floors extending to the elevator lobbies.
ConnectCRE also notes the hotel was designed by Corgan, a Texas-based architectural firm, in collaboration with additional parties, as part of the planning for the renovation.
