Commercial Observer reports that Hines is restructuring its leadership, with Adam Hines named co-CEO alongside Laura Hines-Pierce effective Jan. 1.

The outlet says Hines-Pierce will shift to replace Jeffrey Hines as CEO and chair of the board of Hines Global Income Trust, while Adam Hines will join the trust board as a director.

The company said Jeffrey Hines is moving into the chairman role as part of the changes, and the transition will have both co-CEOs handling the firm’s day-to-day operations and strategic trajectory going forward, according to Commercial Observer.
