Bold Penguin and bolttech partner to build global insurance offering
The partnership spans the US, Europe, and Asia and is designed to combine distribution for both commercial and personal lines.
Bold Penguin, an AI-enabled insurance distribution technology company focused on commercial lines, and bolttech, a global insurtech providing technology-led insurance distribution, have formed a global strategic partnership covering the US, Europe and Asia, Reinsurance News reported.
The companies said the effort will target insurance agents, insurers, and businesses involved in embedded insurance partnerships, aiming to develop a combined offering across both commercial and personal lines.
bolttech operates across 39 countries and four continents and provides technology and distribution services across insurance and protection markets, while Bold Penguin runs a digital exchange and distribution network connecting agents and carriers, supported by data and artificial intelligence capabilities.
Under the partnership, the firms said they will combine their existing technology, distribution networks, and industry expertise, with Bold Penguin contributing its commercial lines digital exchange, data and AI services through DeX ai, and integrated capabilities.
