Brent oil jumps more than 4% after U.S. carrier report
Brent oil rose sharply Thursday after a report that the United States is sending a third aircraft carrier strike group to the Middle East, according to CNBC Markets.
CNBC World also reported that oil prices climbed on the news, with Brent increasing by more than 4%.
