Brookfield Residential overhauls data systems to support AI pilots

HousingWire reports the company spent 8 years improving data quality with an ERP, unified schema, and data warehouse, and its CIO cited 250,000 internal hours logged and deployment of seven major systems to create a single source of truth.

Brookfield Residential has spent years upgrading its data infrastructure to improve reporting accuracy and support scalable AI pilots, according to HousingWire.

HousingWire reports CIO Brandon Sharp said the company logged 250,000 internal hours and deployed seven major systems to build a single source of truth.

The outlet also cited an 8 year effort to improve data quality using an ERP, a unified schema, and a data warehouse, with Sharp saying the work helped deliver credible reporting and customer facing accuracy.

Sharp’s comments come as HousingWire noted he will speak at the HousingWire Homebuilder Summit in Dallas on Oct. 19 to 21.
