Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California opens Pasadena office
The Pasadena office adds agents who closed $180 million over the prior 12 months, pushing the office’s combined sales to more than $300 million.
Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California opened a Pasadena office in Old Town to serve Pasadena, the San Gabriel Valley, and nearby communities, the company said Thursday, according to HousingWire.
The brokerage brought in a new group of agents whose production includes $180 million in sales over the past 12 months, lifting the office’s combined sales by more than $300 million.
HousingWire also reported the firm said the Pasadena opening follows rapid regional expansion, citing RealTrends Verified data showing Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California generated a $3.6 billion 2025 sales volume and grew to more than 300 agents that completed 1,176.4 transaction sides in 2025.
