Helaba funds $105M construction takeout for Nashville apartments

The Modera Riverview project includes 13,998 square feet of retail, with ground-floor space 100% leased to Legacy Fitness and Indaco, per Commercial Observer.

A joint venture between CrossHarbor Capital Partners and Mill Creek Residential secured $105 million in construction takeout financing for Modera Riverview, a newly built mixed-use development in Nashville, Commercial Observer reported.

German commercial bank Helaba provided the bridge loan for the project, which debuted in 2024 in the Germantown neighborhood and is located at 1410 Adams Street near the Cumberland River, about two miles north of Downtown.

Commercial Observer said PNC previously provided a $103 million construction loan for the 400-unit property, which also features 13,998 square feet of retail space.

The publication reported that resident amenities include a swimming pool, rooftop lounge, fitness center, coworking spaces, and a golf simulator, while the ground-floor retail is 100% leased to Legacy Fitness and the Italian restaurant Indaco.
