MCB Real Estate buys 421,182-square-foot logistics facility in Laredo
The Class A cross-dock property is fully leased to Source Logistics and covers 25.82 acres near the World Trade Center in Laredo.
MCB Real Estate acquired Pinnacle One, a newly constructed 421,182-square-foot Class A industrial cross-dock facility in Laredo, Texas, ConnectCRE reported.
The facility, located at 1401 Nicolas D. Hachar Road, was built in 2024 and is fully leased to Source Logistics, which operates across 25 national locations.
ConnectCRE said MCB Real Estate partnered with Vinecrest Capital as co-general partner for the transaction. Pinnacle One sits on 25.82 acres and includes 109 dock-high doors, four drive-in ramps, 173 trailer parking spaces, and 206 car spaces.
The property also features 3,680 square feet of office space with 32-foot ceilings, and it is positioned about six miles from the World Trade Center.
