Millennium Bank reopens renovated Bridgeport banking center
The reopening follows Millennium Bank’s January 2025 acquisition of Pulaski Savings Bank, which had operated in Bridgeport since 1890 before being closed by the FDIC.
Millennium Bank has officially reopened its renovated Bridgeport banking center at 3156 S. Morgan Street, after its January 2025 acquisition of Pulaski Savings Bank, according to ConnectCRE.
The bank rebuilt branch operations and expanded its presence in Chicago as part of the reopening, with a centerpiece being a new 120-foot exterior mural commissioned by Millennium Bank from Chicago artist Jeff Zimmerman.
ConnectCRE said Pulaski Savings Bank operated in Bridgeport since 1890 before the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation closed it, and Millennium Bank acquired the institution to preserve a neighborhood banking presence.
ConnectCRE also noted Millennium Bank was founded in 2007 and has grown to nearly $1 billion in assets.
