Mojo Coffee opens retail space at 70 W. Madison in Chicago
The New Zealand-born specialty roaster took over a 1,576-square-foot ground-floor corner and opened after the building’s owners acquired the property in December 2024 for $85 million.
Mojo Coffee officially opened at 70 W. Madison in Chicago’s Loop, taking over a ground-floor corner retail space in the office tower owned and managed by Namdar Realty Group and Mason Asset Management, according to ConnectCRE.
ConnectCRE said the opening activates a 1,576-square-foot retail location and adds to recent leasing activity at the building, which totals more than 244,000 square feet tied to lease extensions and new commitments.
The outlet also reported that Namdar Realty Group and Mason Asset Management acquired 70 W. Madison in December 2024 for $85 million, and have continued investing in infrastructure modernization, building upgrades, and tenant improvement projects as occupancy expands.
