Northmarq arranges sale of 315-unit Whisper Hollow Apartments

ConnectCRE reports that Northmarq’s St. Louis investment sales team arranged the sale of Whisper Hollow Apartments, a 315-unit garden-style multifamily community at 12430 Whisper Hollow Dr. in Maryland Heights, Missouri.

The outlet said Northmarq represented the seller, Banner Real Estate Group, and that the buyer is Monarch Investment and Management Group.

ConnectCRE added that the process generated 21 written offers, and broker Dominic Martinez said the competitive bidding contributed to a smooth transaction amid volatile market conditions.

The property was built in 1976 and was renovated in 2018, according to ConnectCRE.
