Paragon Insurance promotes three leaders to expand Specialty Property roles

Paragon said the promotions add strategic responsibility beyond Specialty Property, with Mike Denton moving to executive vice president.

Paragon Insurance Holdings, an international managing general agency, announced three senior leadership promotions that expand the roles of Mike Denton, Brett Papenhagen and Erik Ostgulen within its Specialty Property leadership team.

The company said the appointments are intended to strengthen that team and support continued growth across the organization.

In the announcement, Paragon stated that Denton has been promoted to executive vice president of Paragon Insurance Holdings, continuing to work with the Specialty Property team while spearheading strategic initiatives across the broader business.

Paragon president and co-founder Ron Mairano said the expanded roles recognize the leaders’ contributions and position the team for its next stage of growth.
