Parametrix appoints Tresa Stephens to lead US cyber underwriting
Stephens, most recently with Allianz Commercial, will oversee Parametrix’s US cyber and Tech E&O underwriting expansion and help set underwriting strategy and product development.
Parametrix, a provider of parametric insurance solutions for digital infrastructure and technology risks, appointed Tresa Stephens as Head of US Underwriting to lead its underwriting expansion for US cyber and Tech E&O coverage.
The company said the hire is intended to strengthen its Lloyd’s coverholder cyber underwriting leadership as it scales its US business and expands cyber and technology underwriting capabilities.
Parametrix said Stephens will lead US underwriting and support broader product strategy and development, drawing on more than 15 years of experience across cyber, technology, media E&O, and professional lines insurance.
Reinsurance News said Stephens most recently served as Head of Cyber, Tech & Media for North America at Allianz Commercial, and previously held senior roles at Argo Group, Chubb, and Hiscox, with Parametrix’s Rick Wong noting her underwriting depth and portfolio leadership.
