View Homes is using a soft demand period to standardize processes and accountability across its divisions, HousingWire reports.

CEO Natasha Gandhi, who started the role in March, is planning a 12 to 18 month enterprise systems implementation while also tightening land and product discipline, according to HousingWire.

HousingWire frames the effort as part of a broader push to modernize technology and reset operating practices after leadership changes, with the work carried out without suspending ongoing sales, construction, land development, or customer commitments.

Gandhi is set to join other homebuilding executives on HousingWire’s CEO Power Panel at the HousingWire Homebuilder Summit in Dallas, Oct. 19 to 21.
