Tanvi Exports files DRHP with SEBI for proposed IPO
The Rajkot-based jeweler is seeking funds to repay debt and support working capital.
Tanvi Exports India Limited has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for a proposed initial public offering, according to LiveMint Markets.
The company, a gold jewellery maker in Rajkot, plans to use IPO proceeds for debt repayment and working capital, the filing summary states.
LiveMint Markets adds that Tanvi Exports designs, manufactures and exports fine gold jewellery and accounts for around 8% of Gujarat’s overall gold jewellery exports.
The jeweller operates an integrated manufacturing facility in Rajkot with installed capacity of 5,500 kg per annum, producing jewellery across different karatages and categories.
