UPS launches UPS Secure Commerce to bundle shipment insurance and risk tech
UPS says it protected 1.4 million shippers and insured 62 million packages in 2025, with 97% of claims resolved within five days.
UPS has launched UPS Secure Commerce, a bundled portfolio that brings its shipping insurance, high-value shipment protection and e-commerce risk technology into a single offering for businesses, Coverager reports.
The package combines InsureShield Shipping Insurance, Parcel Pro and CommerceShield, aiming to help customers manage shipment loss, fraud, delivery issues and operational disruptions across carriers and transportation modes, while using logistics data and agentic AI to identify supply chain risks before losses occur.
Coverager adds that UPS said it protected 1.4 million shippers and insured 62 million packages in 2025, with 97% of claims resolved within five days.
