Big I promotes three longtime staff to senior leadership roles
Kevin Brandt becomes COO and Janine Silvola becomes CFO on November 1, while Steve Cocke exits on October 30 after nearly 23 years.
The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, known as Big I, has promoted three longtime staff members to senior leadership roles as two of its most experienced executives prepare to depart, according to Insurance Business.
Kevin Brandt will become chief operating officer and Janine Silvola will become chief financial officer on November 1. The posts are currently held by Steve Cocke, who will leave on October 30 after nearly 23 years with the association.
Big I also said Aimee Branham will become president of Big I Advantage, its for-profit subsidiary, at the end of the year. She will succeed Mark Wolf, who is set to retire at the end of 2026 after 20 years with the association.
Charles Symington, Big I president and CEO, said the promotions reflect the depth of experience and leadership built within the organization, and that the leadership team understands members, operations, and strategic priorities.
