Delin Property secures €227M loan to refinance Dutch logistics assets

The five-year facility will refinance debt tied to 13 logistics assets and support planned capital expenditures across warehouses in Dutch distribution hubs, including Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

Delin Property has secured a €227 million five-year loan to refinance its Dutch logistics fund, according to Bisnow.

The financing is being provided by ING and German lenders pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG and Deutsche Hypo - Nord/LB Real Estate Finance, and will be used to refinance debt tied to 13 assets within the fund.

Bisnow reports the loan will also fund planned capital expenditures across the fund’s warehouses located in key distribution centers in the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Roosendaal.

The Delin Dutch Logistics Partners Fund, set up in 2021 with other institutional backers, includes assets totaling close to 385,000 square meters of leasable space, leased to third-party logistics providers and companies including supermarket group Ahold Delhaize, Bisnow added.
