Lee & Associates arranges lease for a 40,116-sf Blue Island truck terminal

ConnectCRE reports that Lee & Associates negotiated a lease for a 40,116-square-foot truck terminal in Blue Island, Illinois, at 3301 Wireton Road, Units 101 and 105.

The report says Lee & Associates of Illinois principal Sean Austin represented the tenant, Beverly Freight, Inc., a licensed freight carrier.

ConnectCRE also states that the landlord, Wireton 3301, LLC, was represented by Colin Green of CBRE.

The property spans more than 14 acres and includes 10 exterior docks, two drive-in doors, up to 60 trailer stalls, and 138 car spots.
