Metaplanet adds 1,000 BTC net in third quarter, holdings hit 44,000

Metaplanet increased its Bitcoin holdings by a net 1,000 BTC in the third quarter, bringing total holdings to 44,000 BTC, according to CoinDesk.

The outlet reports the company sold 10,000 BTC before buying 11,000 BTC during the same period, reflecting its liquidity activity.

CoinDesk also said the firm is pursuing recurring income through preferred securities.
