Metaplanet sold 10,000 BTC in Q3 before buying back 11,000 BTC

After selling 10,000 BTC and buying back 11,000 BTC in the quarter, Metaplanet increased its total bitcoin holdings by a net 1,000 BTC to 44,000 BTC, according to The Block.

Metaplanet sold 10,000 BTC during the third quarter before buying back 11,000 BTC to demonstrate liquidity, The Block reported.

The outlet said the trades left Metaplanet with a net increase of 1,000 BTC for the quarter, bringing the company total bitcoin holdings to 44,000 BTC.
