Neptune Insurance appoints David Noble to independent board role

The appointment is set to take effect on September 30, 2026.

Neptune Insurance Holdings, the parent company of Neptune Flood Incorporated, has appointed David Noble as an independent member of its Board of Directors, with the change scheduled to take effect on September 30, 2026.

Reinsurance News said Noble brings experience across financial services, digital banking, strategy consulting, executive leadership, and corporate governance. It also noted he founded VIEW Advisors, which works with chief executives, leadership teams, boards, and investors on leadership and strategy.

The outlet added that Noble is also a senior advisor to Egon Zehnder and the Institute of Coaching, affiliated with Harvard Medical School. He currently serves on the boards of Amylu Foods and Demakes Bros. Thinkers50 has recognized him among its coaches in multiple years, including 2026, and he co-authored Real-Time Leadership, published by Harvard Business Review Press.

According to Reinsurance News, Noble previously held senior roles at RBC and Morgan Stanley, and Neptune said his responsibilities include leading strategy.
