Nuveen Real Estate has acquired Marigold Center, a 174,428-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center at 3900 Broad St. in San Luis Obispo, for $58.25 million, according to ConnectCRE.

ConnectCRE said the property was 91.6% leased at the time of sale, and that it is anchored by Vons, CVS Pharmacy, and Planet Fitness.

The outlet reported that JLL Capital Markets handled the transaction, representing the seller, First Washington Realty, with senior managing directors Gleb Lvovich and Geoff Tranchina, and managing directors Daniel Tyner and Eric Kathrein.

ConnectCRE added that Marigold Center includes tenants across grocery, pharmacy, fitness, sporting goods, restaurants, medical, and service-oriented uses.
