Baltimore waterfront industrial land sells for $11.1 million
The 16.5-acre Fairfield Maritime Industrial District site was fully paved, fenced, and lighted, and includes an existing 400-foot bulkhead.
ConnectCRE reports that Gold and Company, LLC facilitated the sale of a waterfront industrial property at 1935 and 1999 Chesapeake Ave. in Baltimore.
The income-producing site totals 16.5 acres and was purchased by Miami-based Chesapeake Terminals for $11.1 million.
The transaction involved two parcels in the Fairfield Maritime Industrial District, with the property described as fully paved, fenced, and lighted, and including an existing approximately 400-foot bulkhead.
ConnectCRE said the site currently operates under a long-term land and bollard lease with AMPORTS, and the deal was brokered by Gold and Company Senior Vice President Jim Chivers and Vice President Will McCullough.
